John Corley of Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, takes a military written test during the Joint Multinational Readiness Center’s (JMRC’s) Best Warrior Competition at the JMRC in Hohenfels, Germany, March 17, 2015. Noncommissioned officers (NCOs) and lower enlisted Soldiers participated in the three-day competition during which their skills were tested in multiple areas including physical fitness, land navigation, marksmanship and military knowledge. The top performing NCO and lower enlisted Soldier will be named the JMRC NCO of the Quarter and Soldier of the Quarter, and each will go on to participate in the JMRC NCO/Soldier of the Year Competition.
