Its oval shape is the same as the Rocky Ford with a solid whitenetting. The average vield is over 250 crates per acre of A No. 1 shipping melons,fully a thu-d more than other sorts. The extra thick green flesh has a beautiful pinkishhue of the most delicious quality, and is one of the best rust resisting melons everjfroducBd. It is a wonderful producer; matures in 70 days.
