Description
English: Rear Adm. Paul Bushong, commander Submarine Group 2, watches on as Capt. Peter Clarke, left, relieves Capt. Emil Casciano, right, as commander, Submarine Squadron 2, during a change of command ceremony at Naval Submarine Base New London's Shepherd of the Sea chapel. Bushong was the guest speaker for the event that marked the official transfer of authority and responsibility to provide operational, personnel, logistical and material support to five assigned fast-attack submarines and the Navy's only deep submergence nuclear powered research vessel.
