The Conard & Jones Company, West Grove, Pa.
Hardy Hybrid Perpetual Roses.
THE H5-brid Perpetuals are considered the most valuable of all Roses, because they bear the largest, sweetest
and most brilliant colored flowers, and are so hardy and vigorous they live over Winter without protection
and continue to bloom regularly from 5-ear to 3-ear. Their grand flowers are of all shades of red, crimson
scarlet, pink and white, but no yellows. They thrive
and bloom finel5- in all sections of the country' and
should generally be planted in open giound, as
but few varieties are suitable for house culture.
Some kinds do not bloom till the second
year, but when fullj' established bloom
regularly at the usual time, and occasion-
ally during the Summer and Fall months
Though called "Perpetual," they are not
constant bloomers, but are
the finest and most beautiful
of all Hardy Roses: We of-

The original itself is in the public domain for the following reason:
Public domain

This work is in the public domain in its country of origin and other countries and areas where the copyright term is the author's life plus 70 years or fewer.

This work is in the public domain in the United States because it was published (or registered with the U.S. Copyright Office) before January 1, 1929.

This tag is designed for use where there may be a need to assert that any enhancements (eg brightness, contrast, colour-matching, sharpening) are in themselves insufficiently creative to generate a new copyright. It can be used where it is unknown whether any enhancements have been made, as well as when the enhancements are clear but insufficient. For known raw unenhanced scans you can use an appropriate {{PD-old}} tag instead. For usage, see Commons:When to use the PD-scan tag.

Note: This tag applies to scans and photocopies only. For photographs of public domain originals taken from afar, {{PD-Art}} may be applicable. See Commons:When to use the PD-Art tag.
