English: North Downs Way below Pebble Coombe Heading west from Pebblehill Road, the B2032, the North Downs Way follows public footpath Buckland 476. The enclosure containing the path is up to 25m wide, suggesting rather grander origins, and earlier maps suggest this route was laid out between the Wars as a carriage drive to Bridlecomb Farm (now demolished) or Kemp's Farm. |
