Description

These field notes document paleontological and geological field research Edward Kindle conducted from 1 July to 20 September 1907 in the Rocky Mountains. Kindle describes the stratigraphy of the geological formations visited and faunal fossils found there. Localities include but are not limited to Cherokee Spring, slope of Labarge Mountain, Logan Mountain, Hyrum (Utah), Logan (Utah), and Durango. Kindle collects favosites, brachiopoda, coral, halysites, and other kinds of fossil specimens. Numbers, perhaps collector numbers or station numbers, included are 1-35. A list of photographs taken is also included
