Description
Svenska: Svartemaljerad, med rödemaljerade kejsarkronor krönt dubbelörn av guld. På bröstet ett på framsidan blåemaljerat malteserkors av guld, på korsmitten en polykrom emaljmålning av S:t Andreas med gloria av guld, naturliga färger, vitt höftskynke. På korsändarna i guld: "S A P R" (Sanctus Andreas Patronus Russiae). På örnens rygg ett vitemaljerat band med svart rysk text: ZA VERU I VERNOST (för tro och trohet).

På baksidan av örnens huvuden två ringar, däri fäst med ovala länkarfladdrande, blåemaljerade band, nedhängande från den ryska kejsarkronan av guld samt röd, vit och ljusblå emalj. På kronans baksida en bandbygel av guld. På bygeln stämplat: den ryska dubbelörnen, otydlig stämpel med två ankare och spira (S:t Petersburg), WK, 56. På övre korsarmarnas baksidorstämplat: dubbelörnen och WK.
