Paradharnesk, bröstharnesk av karolinsk typ för kavalleriets officerare och underofficerare, troligen tillverkat av Johan Menlös, Arboga, 1600-talets slut.
Description
Svenska: Bröstharnesk av stålplåt, tjocklek 1,2 mm, mittås och kantvulster vid armar och nederkant. Vid halsen en framåtböjd kant, b: 15 mm med kantvulst. Därnedanför stämpel M L (ligatur, LRK vägl.1921:482:3, Johan Menlös, Arboga?). Över mittåsen fäst ett namnchiffer av förgylld mässing, av kunglig krona krönt spegelmonogram C, omgivet av palmkvistar, stående på båglinje, krona och monogram hålls av två lejon, monogrammet fäst med sex öglor gående genom plåten samt stålspikar (tre st) på insidan.Längs hals-, arm och nederkant hål för fästning av stoffering, grupperade två och två. Vid axlarna ena halvan av gångjärn i form av två rör, plattor fästade med tre nitar med välvda huvuden. Vid midjan på ena sidan en hög nit med välvt huvud, fäst för hake, motsvarande nit på andra sidan saknas.
