Barrett Harrington, a Marion Springs, Mich., native serving with Company C, 2nd Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, uses a chemical detector to check a fellow paratrooper for contamination after a simulated chemical weapons mission Feb. 10, 2016, at Fort Hood, Texas. Paratroopers from the 82nd Abn. Div. conducted Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise training by flying into Fort Hood and conducting airborne operations followed by two days of training missions before flying back to Fort Bragg.
