| Description |
English: Permissive footpath notice near Three Bridge Mill. This notice is about the 1km permissive footpath that starts at Three Bridge Mill, goes along Padbury Brook, see 502453, and then rejoins the public footpath to the village of Hillesden. The footpath was established under the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs' farm conservation scheme, and a badge on a nearby gate says 'DEFRA Conservation Walks'. As well as a map of the route, the sign says that 'beside the path is an arable margin that buffers the stream from arable operations whilst creating a habitat for invertebrates & small mammals'. |
