Summary[edit]
| Description |
English: Pier at Rushenden (Information supplied by Kay) This pier was built in the 1950's and is no more than a support structure for a pipe with a catwalk alongside for access. I used to fish off this structure and the moored dredgers. The pipe was used to pump dredged mud onto the nearby marsh. The land now supports the local sewage works. |
