nity. May I ofifer the following suggestions that indicate pressing needsif this school is to supply the State with an adequate number of trainedteachers? There should be an appropriation of $2r),000 for the con-struction of a girls dormitory, south of the administration building.The building now in course of construction will be needed for a boysdormitory. The sum of $5,000 is needed for a barn, stock, water, and farmsupplies. The present barn should be moved from such close andunhealthy proximity to the school buildings. An annual appropriation of at least $15,000 is needed. The farm should be managed as a separate department, so far asfinances are concerned. I trust that these recommendations may be adopted. D. S.
