Description
Svenska: Vapensköld av förgylld mässing. Kvadrerad sköld med Polens och Litauens vapen krönt av en sluten krona. Hjärtsköld i form av svenska vapnet: kvadrerad sköld med Tre Kronor och Folkkungalejonet, mittsköld Vasakärven. Skölden omges av Gyllene Skinnets ordenskedja. Kedjan är sammansatt av 21 länkar av flätade eldstål och flinstenar med flammor. Klenoden saknas.

Vapenskölden är fästad med metalltråd på en platta av pressat mörkbrunt läder med svarta stickningar. Lädrets konturer följer vapensköldens kanter med en droppformig utskjutning mitt fram med plats för klenoden. I plattans ytterkanter är fastsatt spännen av förgylld mässing; tre på vardera sidan samt ett upptill på kronans vänstra sida. Spännena fästes i små remmar som utgår horisontellt från däckeln på var sida. Rester av separata remmar med förgyllda beslag finns i det översta spännet samt i de två undre på höger sida. Till vänster om den droppformiga utskjutningen syns rester av en rem.
