| Description |
English: River Stour looking south from Pitts Lane The River Stour winds its way through Kidderminster, often tucked away from the public gaze and usually not looking very attractive. The buildings on the right are the back of shops in the relatively new Weavers Wharf shopping development. The buildings on the left are the back of yet more shops and offices, in Vicar Street. There was an opportunity here to have made something of the river, but the planners seem to usually prefer to turn the town's back to it. |
