Description
Deutsch: Kneipp-Wasser-Tretstelle im Stobber im denkmalgeschützten Schlosspark der Stadt Buckow, Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland, Brandenburg. Die Denkmalliste führt neben dem gesamten Parkensemble die Scheune und den Eiskeller an. Der rund fünf Hektar große Park des 1948 abgetragenen Schlosses Buckow erstreckt sich nördlich des Marktplatzes bis zum 61 Meter hohen Schlossberg und grenzt im Osten an einen Nebenkanal des Stobber und den Griepensee. Der Schlosspark wurde im 19. Jahrhundert vom Barockgarten in einen englischen Landschaftspark umgestaltet und Ende des 20. Jahrhunderts nach historischen Plänen rekonstruiert. Zu den Rekonstruktionen gehört unter anderem das zerstörte Angelhäuschen am Griepensee, das 1805 nach Plänen des jungen Schinkel errichtet worden sein soll.
English: Treading water place devised by Sebastian Kneipp in the river Stobber in the listed palace ground of Buckow, District Märkisch-Oderland, Brandenburg, Germany. The park of the 1948 demolished castle Buckow covers about 5 hectare. It was redesigned from a French formal garden into an English garden in the 19th century and reconstructed by historical plans in the 20th century.
