Description
English: On May 4, U.S. Army Cpt. Eileen Tomasiak from the 445th Civil Affairs Company working with 2nd Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment of the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, distributes micro-grant applications to shop owners in the city market of Ash Shatrah, Iraq. These small cash grants are intended to promote commerce and bring jobs into the area.
