Description
English: U.S. Army Captain Perry White, from Fort Stewart, Ga., with Bandit Troop 5-7 Cavalry Division, 1st Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division cuts a ribbon streamer for a ribbon cutting ceremony in Baghdad, Iraq, June 17. U.S. Soldiers from the 3rd Infantry Division partook in the ribbon cutting ceremony in honor of new street lights that were put up in a local Baghdad market to encourage night time shopping.
