Svenska: Svart strumpeband i svart sidenrips. Längs med långsidorna är den kantad med knypplad guldtrådsspets, på spetsen är det med ca 10 mm mellanrum fastsytt droppformade paljetter. Dessa är antagligen tillverkade i förgylld mässing? numera svarta/guld. På kortsidorna sitter en bredare guldtrådsspets, bredd 510 mm längd 120 mm. Spetsen är formad i "trianglar", som ytterst verkar ha formen av stiliserade blommor, ev. tulpaner.
