THE site ultimately chosen for the Presidents House atStanford Lnivcrsity is the top of what is known asLagunita Knoll, at the rear of, and overlooking, theentire University Campus. The ground falls easily m alldirections. In i)lan the building is a U of which the armsdiverge. It is of concrete construction, with plastered walls,and ornamental parts of cast cement .stone.
