Undersidan på porslinsfat från 1800-talet.

Svenska: FAT. Ovalt stekfat med snett utstående, rakt brätte med konturerad ytterkant. Dekor i blått. Huvudmotiv en trädgård med två hägrar. Runt brättet en lambrequinbård, med fyra större och fyra mindre flikar med blommor och blad. På botten ett otydligt sigillmärke. Inköpt av Wilhelmina von Hallwyl den 26 september 1906 hos Bukowskis konsthandel för 31 kr.Det utsmyckade bårdmönstret på kanten och spjutspetsbården runt fördjupningen är vanligt förekommande på exportföremål från mitten av 1700-talet. Dekoren användes på miljontals föremål som ingick i europeiska matserviser. De centrala mönstren varierade och kunde läggas till efter behag på föremål som utgjorde huvuddelen av exporthandeln.Porcelain meat plate decorated in underglaze cobalt blueQing dynasty, c.1750The ornate border design on the rim, and the spearhead border round the well, are standard for export wares of the mid 18th century, used on millions of pieces that were decorated for European dining services. Central patterns varied, and could be added at will to wares that formed the bulk of the export trade.
