Scope & Content: Lt. James Stewart urges young men to enlist in the Army Air Forces. Explains qualities desired in the candidates. Describes recruiting and assignment in the service. Stresses teamwork, explaining duties of members of a B-17 crew and of the ground crew. Students stunt in basic trainer planes. P-4O planes roll from an assembly line. B-17's fly in formation.
