Русский: Рецепт бефстроганова из книги Елены Молоховец "Подарок молодым хозяйкам" (издание 1887 года). Первое издание книги было в 1861 г., но "говядина по-строгоновски" появилась впервые в издании 1871 г. (согласно утверждению Анны Волох в книге "Икусство русской кухни", 1983 г.)
English: Beef Stroganoff recipe from the book A Gift to Young Housewives by Elena Molokhovets (1887 edition). The 1st edition of this book was published in 1861. The Beef Stroganoff recipe appeared first in the 1871 edition (according to Anne Volokh, The Art of Russian Cuisine, 1983)
