English: Maj. Tam Dang, (center), officer in charge of the William Beaumont Army Medical Centers' Warfighter Refractive Eye Surgery Center, Fort Bliss, Texas, uses an eximer laser to perform photorefractive keratectomy surgery on Spc. Daniel Bocanegra's, (left), left eye as Jessica Schnieder, (right), a refractive laser technician, assists.
