Two problems:

  • This is a derivative work of Japanese money. There is no entry at COM:CUR for Japan, so money is likely protected by the standard 50-year copyright term, see {{PD-Japan-organization}}. The obverse of the 1 yen coin is likely {{PD-ineligible}}, but there are also more complex designs on the photo.
  • The licence requires attributing the photographer, but it doesn't say who the photographer is, so there is no way to fulfil this requirement. Stefan4 (talk) 09:30, 21 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
