Should not be using PD

[edit]

{{helpme}}

Banknotes are not in the public domain (as stated in the template itself and confirmed through the links). Thus, it should not be using {{PD-Layout}}. This causes it to use the wrong metadata.

However, I'm not sure what license metadata it should be using. Mattflaschen - Talk 03:04, 27 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

BCE Decision

[edit]

{{Helpme}}

The license tag states "subject to the conditions set forth in decisions ECB/2003/4 and ECB/2003/5 of 20 March 2003". 1) ECB/2003/5 is not a Decision but a Guideline. 2) ECB/2003/4 is no longer in force and should be substituted by ECB/2013/10 "Decision of the ECB of 19 April 2013 on the denominations, specifications, reproduction, exchange and withdrawal of euro banknotes" PDF and HTML. 3) I belive article 2.3 letter f and 2.4 should be included in the license tag since they detail "intangible reproductions made available electronically on websites" and 4) ECB/2003/5 it's not worth mentioning in the license altough it is still enforceable (see Reproduction rules at the bottom. I can give you a full text proposal in English if you want. Triplecaña (talk) 11:42, 3 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
