Do you have a recommendation? (2)

Did you really respect my decision? Reke makes an accusation against me specifically for deletion requests I nominated regarding photos with dubious copyright or photographing outdoor 2D artistic works and I still didn't give up it but it all changed after Ch.Andrew blocked me so since then I am very afraid of accusations and criticisms from anyone. As for the 2000+ other photographs, you tried to convince me to change my mind order to see the educational value of my uploads but this doesn't fill me with confidence to my ability to edit without trouble in this area. To me, these photos represent accusations and ridiculing, and bring nightmare while watching at them. If I will get blamed for uploading photo, or even be reported for violating policy, then I would rather just do what I can do. That's why I insist on "NOT" uploading photo.--Kai3952 (talk) 12:49, 1 March 2022 (UTC)

@Kai3952: , first (1st) of all I split this because my phone has trouble loading the whole section (mobile devices unfortunately work like that), anyhow, with "respect your decision" I mean that I can't blame you for stopping, I fully understand your fears even though I think that if you'd just upload without uploading the same type of bad files over again I think that it's unlikely that you'll get blocked over it. How many complaints have you received regarding your uploads other than the recent one? As for the copyright violations, I believe that you were in your right to nominate them as you had reasonable suspicion to do so. I'll come with a later reply later as I am going offline now to do some stuff IRL. But if you'd upload them to Flickr I'd happily import them. --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 12:58, 1 March 2022 (UTC)
I would like to know where you grew up so that I can understand why you so strongly supports the contention that photos I uploaded that no such association exists for the so-called "violating COM:HOST" and the 2000+ other photos should be uploaded. Could you tell me where are you now in real life, or where you live?--Kai3952 (talk) 07:08, 2 March 2022 (UTC)
@Kai3952: I'm a Vietnamese-Australian dual national currently living in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. "COM:HOST" is deliberately vague as it is up to admins to decide what is and isn't "in scope" and "out of scope". For example if you would take a picture of a construction worker doing his/her work one admin might see it as an unused personal image of "a non-notable individual" while another would see it as an educational image depicting a common line of work. One admin might say that the image is "spam" and that it is "promoting a non-notable construction company" while another would prefer this to be of a small company as the Wikimedia Commons would then seem "less biased towards major corporations". The only clear examples of "this is not COM:HOST" are photographs of selfies of otherwise unremarkable people not doing anything and people posing in front of common tourist sites. This is because realistically you can write educational things about almost everything. --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 11:05, 2 March 2022 (UTC)
