  • So what? It's not a carbon copy of an copyrighted image. It's not even a partial copy. This is a pretty generic picture of an elf (human-looking guy with long ears) in an Santa Clause-like costume. --KAMiKAZOW 23:25, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete, it IS a carbon copy of the character.
  • Comment: I'm not a registered Wikipedian, so I won't vote. This is merely a comment for the sake of any voters in this debate. The image would be okay to have if we had fair use rationale for it. I don't know if it's fanart or official art. It's not official art I've seen, but that's meaningless since I haven't necessarily seen all official art.
