- Thank you for your kindness noticing my mistake. I've re-uploaded same picture as "SHOGI Professional Shintaro Saito Oct 2018.jpg".--Pooh456 (talk) 16:26, 15 October 2018 (UTC)
Delete template on file talk pages[edit]
We don't create file talk pages with deletion templates on them. Just FYI. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 18:30, 7 December 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks. I read "Commons:Deletion requests/Mass deletion request", and did what is shown in "4. Notify the uploader(s)", but it seems to be unneeded, as you say.--Pooh456 (talk) 03:08, 8 December 2019 (UTC)
- “Notify the uploader(s)” means adding a notification template or posting a more personal message on their user talk page to let them know you’ve nominated one of their uploads for deletion; it doesn’t mean add a notification to the file’s talk page. Since you uploaded most of the photos being discussed, you don’t really need to notify yourself; you should, however, notify any other users if you’re nominating any of their uploads for deletion. In case you’re not aware, Commons is a multi-language project and there are non-English language versions of pretty much all of its pages; so, if you find the English too confusing or too difficult to understand, scroll to the top of the page and look for a link to its corresponding Japanese version. If there’s no link, you could always as for assistance at COM:HD. Marchjuly (talk) 15:46, 8 December 2019 (UTC)
