None of the drawings that you based off of photographs or paintings that other people authored can be uploaded here. Your drawings copy the composition, pose, etc., of the original image. This makes them at the very least a derivative work, which means that they cannot be freely licensed because they incorporate and adapt copyrighted elements from another author's work.
