- Info I thought the golden-hour lighting here was really soft and beautiful. created by Trougnouf - uploaded by Trougnouf - nominated by Cmao20 -- Cmao20 (talk) 08:10, 2 November 2020 (UTC)

- Oppose Not so sharp it could be. Probably lost on f/11. And tilted. Agree with Ikan, really nice spot, too bad. --Mile (talk) 11:23, 4 November 2020 (UTC)
- Comment f/11 gives the most overall sharpness on this Fujinon XF18-55mm lens, and the camera was on a tripod. I don't think the settings could have been better. I improved the sharpening in software, though I also reprocessed the whole picture with filmic which handles colors and lights better imo, I think it's an improvement but I will revert (or just apply the better sharpening) if it's deemed to be a regression. --Trougnouf (talk) 13:20, 4 November 2020 (UTC)
- Trougnouf true you are, saw review, best at f/11. But I am sure you lost sharpness somewhere, unless bad copy of lens !? Could we see original somewhere ? --Mile (talk) 18:13, 4 November 2020 (UTC)
- Yes, I've posted it on (google drive). I think the lens worked well (up until a couple months ago when it was terminated), I used it for the vast majority of pictures I've uploaded on Commons, and other pictures taken at the same time/place (waiting for pedestrians to walk away) show similar sharpness. --Trougnouf (talk) 18:31, 4 November 2020 (UTC)
- My try. Its a bit more sharper. The building is high, you lost some with perspective correction. Put some middle option. But we do have here some who want all to be parallel. Even the original is not so sharp as i think it could be. --Mile (talk) 19:22, 4 November 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you for sharing your take on it! Ultimately I prefer a softer look and colors, but I've applied a bit more sharpening and more pronounced contrasts to match what I like best about yours somewhat. --Trougnouf (talk) 20:33, 4 November 2020 (UTC)
