- Support The Black Kite (Milvus migrans) is a medium-sized bird of prey in the family Accipitridae, which also includes many other diurnal raptors. -- Raghith 08:45, 11 August 2011 (UTC)
- Oppose The DOF can be better (f/5.6): Not sharp enough around the eye. I don't like the composition (to me it must be cropped at top and at right)--Miguel Bugallo 09:57, 11 August 2011 (UTC)
- Support Contrary to Miguel, I think the composition is good, but might be a little better if there were more on the top and right -- the center of interest should not be centered. As for DOF, this is a wild bird and it's a 300mm lens -- given that, the DOF is fine. It certainly looks good until taken up to very large size. I don't like to anthropomorphize, but the expression on the bird is wonderful. Jim . . . . Jameslwoodward (talk to me) 17:00, 11 August 2011 (UTC)
