• It is featured on the English Wikipedia; this is Commons. Different site, different criteria. (Images can be featured on different WikiProject with different ways to evaluate them. There are more FP opportunities out there: Examples 1 2 3) Personally I find the photo this image is extracted from much more appealing in compo, and more along the Commons' taste.
