Info--Theyyam (Teyyam, Theyam, Theyyattam) is a popular ritual form of worship in the Indian state of Kerala. Theyyam consisted of several thousand-year-old traditions, rituals and customs.

- Comment I really don't like the top crop, either. I'd like to see the rest of his head. And the reason I haven't voted and probably won't vote is that this photo is striking and great documentation, but the form really isn't working for me. - It's up to you. A few days with not many comments usually means that either people don't feel strongly enough to support or oppose, or that people are ambivalent. I am in the latter group. I've come back to this a few times now. I feel like I want to support, but very much want more space in the frame (especially to the left) and there's a decent amount of noise. The latter is fixable, but might not be the biggest issue.
