Summary
[edit]DescriptionMahé, Malabar Coast 1913.JPG |
English: The French settlement of Mahé, from a British India survey map of the Malabar Coast published in 1913. The coastal railway line had been built so that it skirted just outside French territory. The situation remains unchanged today and the Mahé railway station is not inside the District of Mahé (Union Territory of Puducherry), but inside the state of Kerala. |
