My favourite images taken by me are at User:Piotrus/Image gallery (but I haven't updated this with many newer pics...). The oldest images uploaded by me are at User:Piotrus/Image gallery/old. Topic galleries are at User:Piotrus/Topic galleries (this does not contain some old pre-commonist galleries and some small hard-to-categorize photo series). Automated Commonist uploads and some hard-to-categorize stuff is at User:Piotrus/gallery. Photos of myself are at User:Piotrus/Photos of Piotrus.

If I forget to tag an image I uploaded that I made, feel free to tag it with dual license - GFDL and cc-by-sa-2.5,2.0,1.0. {{User:Piotrus/License}}

One of the things I'd like to to is to categorize images due to historical period they depict. I am now taking care of this category: Category:Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, a subactegory of Category:History of Poland, as well as of categories of cities I live in (Category:Katowice, Category:Pittsburgh).

Policy pages I was involved in creation of: Commons:Licensing/Justifications, Commons:Fan art, Commons:Guidelines for class projects

Picture of the day
Oktoberfest 2015 - Impression 5.JPG
Oktoberfest is the world's largest Volksfest (beer festival and travelling funfair). Held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, it is a 16-day folk festival running from mid or late September to the first weekend in October, with more than 6 million people from around the world attending the event every year. Locally, it is often called the Wiesn, after the colloquial name for the fairgrounds (Theresienwiese). The Oktoberfest is an important part of Bavarian culture, having been held since 1810. Other cities across the world also hold Oktoberfest celebrations that are modelled after the original Munich event. In 2016, Munich Oktoberfest is taking place from September 17 to Oktober 3.
