LaFayette Place, Culver City
[edit]Lafayette Place, is located in the Lucerne-Higuera neighborhood of Downtown Culver City, California.
It features 16 Historically Designated Properties, including 12 Landmark buildings, known as the Lafayette Landmark Residential District (Lafayette District). The buildings were designed in a Spanish Colonial style by Architect H.L Kerr, and constructed in 1925.
