Bildname / Bildbeschreibung[edit]
Hallo Fotochronist, es wäre praktisch und sinnvoll, schon aus Bildname und Bildbeschreibung erkennen zu können, in welchem Ort das Bild gemacht wurde. Zufällig aufgefallen war mit Dein File:Rheinbrückstraße 23.jpg mit der Bildbeschreibung "Rheinbrückstraße 23". Eine Rheinbrückstraße gibt es aber mehrfach in Deutschland...

Kategorien[edit]
Hallo Fotochronist, kennst du schon die Richtlinienseite für Kategorien? Das ist Commons:Categories bzw. weniger umfassend die deutsche Version Commons:Kategorien. Wichtige Grundsätze z. B.: Kategorienamen sind im Allgemeinen englischsprachig, abgesehen von Eigennamen. Das passende Namensschema findet man meist weiter oben im Kategoriebaum. Statt Category:Bauprojekte in Bad Säckingen wäre passender Category:Construction sites in Bad Säckingen als Unterkategorie von Category:Construction sites in Baden-Württemberg. Statt Category:Stadtplan Bad Säckingen ist Category:Maps of Bad Säckingen als Unterkategorie von Category:Maps of Baden-Württemberg richtig, usw. Bei deinen Stadtplan-Dateien wie File:Bad Säckingen Stadtplan.png musst du des Weiteren unbedingt die verwendeten Quellen angeben (hier wohl Openstreetmap), sonst begehst du eine Urheberrechtsverletzung. Vermeide außerdem Überkategorisierung (siehe COM:OVERCAT); der Stadtpaln kommt also nur in die passendste Kategorie Maps of Bad Säckingen, nicht aber zusätzlich in die Category:Bad Säckingen. Gruß, --Sitacuisses (talk) 13:25, 24 July 2016 (UTC) Inzwischen habe ich schon ein wenig, aber noch nicht alles, in den Bad Säckinger Kategorien umgestellt. Category:Kunstwerk im öffentlichen Raum in Bad Säckingen muss z. B. noch geändert werden. Für den weiteren Ausbau kann man sich oft an den Kategorien größerer Städte orientieren. Um den Baufortschritt einzelner Gebäude mit einer Bilderreihe zu zeigen, wäre es besser, für jedes Bauprojekt eine eigene Kategorie anzulegen als alles in einer Kategorie zu sammeln. You If you continue you might be blocked.
