I want to contribute a Legal discussion on FOP, but only for the use in my strong objection to the Mass Deletion Requests of the Smart One, later if I have time

I discern that most editors could not understand my long, off-topic and deviating argument; I am still waiting for the best evidence to Skin the Cat, the moral farce, so to speak that Bombarded my talk pages and my User:Ramon FVelasquez photos with MD Requests, which now appears to be well planned, as a scheme by a very very learned and expert in Computer and Java Script as team work, with a Parent and Child formula; I will not eliminate conspiracy with veteran editors, but I am waiting for the best object and circumstantial evidence;
As editors may note, my Archives talk pages have never been bombarded with such tons of FOP MD requests; for this reason, you can see that in all the archives, I stay neutral and very very seldom oppose the Deletion Requests by so many hard working editors that visit my pages; thus I always respond by Template - "respectfully submitted to the sound discretion of Commons editors" very sincerely Judgefloro (talk) 10:50, 25 November 2020 (UTC)

I am learning more of the finer points of Commons photo-taking

  • @JWilz12345: thanks for your diligence and best efforts as I am beginning to learn about the very very difficult to understand Commons Rules and Policies that many would not believe are too much for a senior citizen like me who during our times have no Computer; please believe me that when I started from Pangasinan uploading via User:Ramon FVelasquez, it was P199 who created Categories for my photos since I do not know how; I also slowly learned that OverCategorizing is bad because of Category hierarchy; now thanks to P199 I only put 1 Category per photo except in very very few ones; please also believe, that I only concentrate on taking photos from 5:30 a.m. buying fish from Pamarawan Malolos in Baliuag Market, taking food cuisine photos until about 12 noon and editing uploading tons of photos I took nearby sometimes 2,000 in 2 days, at a nearby 500 mbps shop; now at 67 I discovered that fresh fish can be bought from 4 pm at Panasahan, City of Malolos, Bulacan Fishport comming from Category:Pamarawan Fish Port, Malolos City, Bulacan River District but this month I discovered that the best can be bought fresh and alive at the Punduhan Category:Hagonoy Public Market, Commercial Complex & Punduhang Bayan (San Sebastian, Hagonoy, Bulacan) from 4 am to 11 am; I had it cleaned in the market and I marinate them with Del monte cane suka kalamansi bawang luya paminta and salt, a 1,000 3-4 kilo fish or seafoods can be stored in freezer, the better the longer time and the taste is unlike any; if you buy Suahe live you will not anymore eat tiger prawns; I graduated eating all of Binondo and Sta Cruz Chinatown El Presidente, Lingnan, NGC, Lai Lai 4 Seasons name them all Eng bee tin, at nights after my 1978-1982 9pm Ateneo Law School class; I write this because many many Filipinos are incarcerated in F A D E - Fear Annger-Anxiety Depression and Emotional upburts Kitchen and Sink; money and hatred of suffering leads one to pinicpikan or Slow and painful death; as Healing Judge my palms treated many doctors, psychiatrists the rich and famous who graduated at St. Lukes and Mercury who wanted me to perform miracle but not for them; today is the 1830 Miraculous Medal Category:Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal National Shrine and Parish (Sucat, Muntinlupa City) Category:Saint Vincent De Paul Parish Church of Manila : She has contiuously appeared and gave her Rosary to about 30,000 Category:School children in the Philippines that I personally photographed after Ave Maria appeared to them in 7D clarity 10x clearer that the 3D SM Imax; this is what I journey to since the Black Nazarene talked to me 3:01 am Divine Mercy Sunday 2012 His 45th time He and I talked; I left everything and Consecrated all my photos to the Immaculate Heart per Trinitate et Christi: 1,632,305 contributions to Commons I had seen so many rich and famous now in dire suffering Eternally in Darkness; 90% of them missed purgatory and are now being guarded in this Category:Colo, Dinalupihan, Bataan Dam as I did show to this Category:Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church (Colo, Dinalupihan, Bataan) Child whose sibling was taken by Immortal and joined with those rich and famous in dire suffering in this Hell on Earth; there is no 2nd Chance; the rich cannot argue after their last stage 5 comatose transfer to Eternal damnation; thank you and this seasons Please read between the lines of my above Mystic Prophecy very sincerely Judgefloro (talk) 05:44, 27 November 2020 (UTC)

Strong objection to DR Request that has no legal basis

  •  Keep Category:Jesus is Lord Church Philippines Category:Jesus Is Lord Colleges Foundation When I visited the Main Church in Bunlo, Bocaue, I asked permission; and in Baliuag, Bulacan, I was even invited to join the Prayer meeting as I was told that the Baliuag Chapel is Communal Effort: that is: funds donated by kind Members so that they would not go far; the same thing for all other JIL Churches in provinces or cities; unlike some Churches of the Rich and Famous where architects are paid and commissioned and thereafter transfer all their Copyrights and all other rights to the Titutar Bishop or Archbishop as required by Canon Law creation of a Parish Church from Chapel or Quasi-Parish;
  • There is no evidence whatsoever, than false news, false facts and figments of imagination including inventions so to speak, irrational judgdments and bickerings without any legal basis of proof of Copyright possession, as required by the New SC Circulars and IPO Locus Standi to question Copyright Infringement;
