Our first steps tour and our frequently asked questions will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy (Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content). You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki. More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump. |

Your RfB
[edit]If you truly want to go forward with it, you can transclude it at Commons:Bureaucrats/Requests. However, I strongly recommend against doing so, because, generally users look for far more experience in Commons bureaucrats. JJP...MASTER![talk to] JJP... master? 00:55, 24 February 2021 (UTC)
- Thank you for the advice, but do you see any other areas of wikipeda that you could see strongly fits me or should I just be a regular editor for the time being???? 𝓛𝓲𝓵𝓑𝓲𝓰𝓑𝓻𝓪𝓲𝓷𝓼 (talk) 02:08, 24 February 2021 (UTC)
- I feel like being an administrator or bureaucrat is not the best path right now, but you could try doing COM:CSD work; that's a great way to get experience on Commons and Wikipedia alike. After you have gained enough experience, you can then consider re-requesting adminship. JJP...MASTER![talk to] JJP... master? 03:00, 24 February 2021 (UTC)
