Deutsch: Hallo Tim.tim, willkommen auf Commons, und danke für Deine Bilder! I habe gesehen, daß Du Deine Bilder noch nicht kategorisiert hast. Ich würde das Kategorisieren sehr empfehlen, weil es anderen Benutzern hilft, Deine Bilder zu finden, es zeigt, in welchen Themen es noch keine Bilder gibt usw. Und es ist ganz einfach: Schreib einfach "[[category:Motiv Deines Bildes]]" ans Ende der Bild-Datei (falls ein Bild Interwiki-Links hat, als Links zu Wikipedien, dann schreib die Kategorien bitte darüber). Und falls Du nicht sicher bist, welche Kategorien Du nutzen solltest: Einfach (im Suchfeld in der linken Spalte) danach suchen! Falls Du nicht weißt, ob eine Kategorie überhaupt existiert oder wie sie benannt ist, beginnst Du am besten mit einer ganz breiten Suche und grenzt sie dann ein auf (eine) möglichst spezifische Kategorie(n). Zum Beispiel kannst Du damit beginnen, nach "category:Lighthouses" (also Leuchttürme) zu suchen, dann siehst Du dort, daß sie nach Land sortiert sind und, in Deutschland, auch nach Bundesland; einige Leuchttürme haben sogar ihre eigenen Kategorien. Da Du ja mehrere Bilder vom Leuchtturm Roter Sand hochgeladen hast, habe ich jetzt die neue category: Roter Sand begonnen.
Übrigens wird oft mehr als eine Kategorie bei Deinen Bildern passen: Großartig, benutze einfach, so viele Du willst! Nur benutze nicht zwei (oder mehr) Kategorien, die aufeinander aufbauen (z.B. benutze nicht category:Lighthouses und category:Lighthouses in Germany). Ob ich das einigermaßen verständlich erklärt habe? Falls Du Fragen hast, kannst Du einfach am Commons:Helpdesk fragen oder mir eine Nachricht auf meine Benutzerseite schreiben. ... English: Hi Tim.tim, welcome to Commons, and thanks for uploading your pictures! I have seen that you have not yet categorized your images. I'd highly recommend categorizing them because that helps other users to find them, to see what is still missing, etc. And it's easy: Just put "[[category:topic of your picture]]" at the bottom of the image file (if an image file has "interwiki links", i.e. links to Wikipedias, then please put the categories above that). And if you're not sure which categories to use: Just search for (in the search field in the left column). If you are not sure if a category actually exists or would it may be named, it's easiest to start very broadly and then narrow down to the most specific. For example, you can first search for "category:Lighthouses", then you will see that they are sorted by country and, in Germany, even by state; some lighthouses even have their own categories. So, as you have uploaded several images of the lighthouse Roter Sand, I have now started the new category: Roter Sand.
BTW, often you will find more than one category will fit--great, just use as many as you wish! Just don't use two (or more) categories that are included in each other (e.g., do not use both category:Lighthouses and category:Lighthouses in Germany). Does that make sense? Your account will be renamed

Hello,

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.

Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Tim.tim. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Tim.tim~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.

Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
