Oppose Too small. :( —kallerna™ 15:30, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
Support The guidelines for nomination state that exceptions may be made for "strong mitigating reasons". Considering this is otherwise a very good photo of an historic subject, and there is no other chance for the subject to be documented at higher resolution, I support. Comment Are we 100% sure of the sourcing? The Boston Globe photoblog attributes this to an AP photographer. (See here) Steven Walling 00:28, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- See also [1], Swedish newpaper attributes this to AP Photo/Daniel Martinez. I think we should delete all photos from this uploader.--Ankara (talk) 09:35, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
Comment I have the same question. Is a great picture, but i'm not sure if the person who uploaded it to flickr is allowed to change its license. --Soulreaper (talk) 01:10, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
Oppose Size is too small, I'm sure there will be lots of pictures from Chile. Also, I'm not sure it's actually by author. --Dori - Talk 01:46, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- deleted as copyvio. This image was published in several newspapers around the globe, was on The Big Picture at boston.com and it is a copyvio on flickr. Please act with more caution regarding such news photos. We got dozens of copyvios from flickr (flickrwashing) day by day (and these are only the ones detected). --Polarlys (talk) 11:31, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
