Date clarification[edit]

In the message delivered to the English Wikipedia village pump [1], the contest dates are stated as "from the 1st till the 31st of March." Oui, il est possible de participer à la campagne internationale. Les téléversements doivent être effectués entre le 01 février et le 31 mars. Translating to Traditional Chinese[edit]

I would like to translate the page to Traditional Chinese (zh-hant), however when I try to do so, there is an error I'm not sure how to overcome. It says "Translation to Traditional Chinese is disabled: Translate in zh please." How can I translate the page to Traditional Chinese? "translate in zh" doesn't make sense, it's annoying to read Simplified characters when we use Traditional in Taiwan, and many people can't do it, which means this page is inaccessible to people from whom a contest winner arose last year: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:HANDAN06.jpg
