Dear Azogbonon,

Thank you for contributing to Wiki Loves Monuments 2020, and for sharing your pictures with the whole world! We would like to ask again for a few minutes of your time. Thanks to the participation of people like you, the contest gathered more than 200K+ pictures of cultural heritage objects from more than 50 countries around the world.

You can find all your pictures in your upload log, and are of course very welcome to keep uploading images and help develop Wikimedia Commons, even though you will not be able to win more prizes (just yet). To make future contests even more successful than this year, we would like to invite you to share your experiences with us in a short survey.

Please fill in this short survey and help us learn what you liked and didn't like about Wiki Loves Monuments 2020.

Kind regards,
the Wiki Loves Monuments team, 08:22, 14 November 2020 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Vivi international du Bénin.jpg. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.

If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. Category discussion warning

Category:Activité_du_24_janvier has been listed at Commons:Categories for discussion so that the community can discuss ways in which it should be changed. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this category, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for discussion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it. If the category is up for deletion because it has been superseded, consider the notion that although the category may be deleted, your hard work (which we all greatly appreciate) lives on in the new category.

In all cases, please do not take the category discussion personally. It is never intended as such. Thank you!

For future activities I'll take a leaf out of today's book and just create a category for the day like you did for the other activity days. Thank you so much for everything.
Hello @Alachuckthebuck, we regularly organize Wikimedia activities online, like the one today. This allows us to report on our activities and justify that they took place online. I notice that you've even removed the images of face-to-face activities. How are we going to justify this if all the images are removed? Azogbonon (talk) 20:51, 6 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello,
I'm sorry for unintentionally causing this confusion. Actually, with the category, I thought people would understand that his photos are from a Wikimedia training series. I'll make sure to specify that for future additions. Could you please correct this in the meantime? Azogbonon (talk) 06:10, 7 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You need to ask an admin to undelete the file, but based on the amount of items you uploaded, some of the photos of the call were left up and should suffice for your purpose. (leaving accurate descriptions and captions are the best way to protect from deletion in the future) hope this helps!

Good evening, I apologize for my late reply. I've just seen your message. Indeed, I have noticed that several data are kept, which should normally be sufficient to achieve our goal. I've also taken on board your recommendations and I'll be sure to follow them, especially as regards multimedia downloads. It was a pleasure to talk to you and I thank you for your quick understanding. Azogbonon (talk) 19:51, 7 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
