令各縣市黨部
一,為整飭各縣市黨部工作,凡機關於本處飭辦案件須遵照規定四點辦理,仰各遵照由。
二,令知被整理人民團體推派代表參加上級團體會員大會辦法由。
三,令知紀念日應遵照定章具報審核,勿得延緩由。
四,奉中央函,請轉飭所屬各通訊社發行稿件,務須印製封面,詳載登記證字號等因,轉飭知照。
五,奉中央執委會令轉,為監委會解釋不出席 總理紀念周處分疑義,轉令知照。
六,令修正縣區教育會章程準則第十七條及第十二條文由
七,轉奉中央宣傳部函,轉飭揚程取締不合規定之黨國旗,即行購用新制黨國旗,並勸導民眾一致購用等,仰遵;辦理。
八,為奉中央令修正黨國旗製造使用條例第九條條文,轉行知照
九,奉中央民眾訓練部函,解釋教育會會員資格疑義,仰知照由。
十,為奉中央民眾訓練部公函,以關於解釋修正工廠法第十五等條疑義一案函達查照,飭知由。
十一,奉中央民訓部函,解釋教育會代表選舉疑義,仰知照由

一,為奉中央執委會通告,准監委會解釋:「黨員犯罪處分先後程序辦法中起訴二字之疑義,特通告知照由。」
二,奉中央通告,恢復黃促瑜黨籍等因,仰知照並飭屬知照。
三,為奉中央通告,關於恢復曹蔭堂等黨籍案四起,仰即知照,並轉行所屬知照由。
四,奉中央通告,恢復周志超等黨籍案五起,即發原冊表通告知照,並仰飭屬知照由。
五,奉中央通告,處分黨員羅食魚等案十四起,印發原附表通告知照並仰飭屬知照由。
