Overschrijven bestanden

Hoi, dank je wel voor de aanpassingen aan de OGG-bestanden. Je hoeft als je een bestand niet wezenlijk verandert, maar het verbetert, geen nieuw bestand te maken, maar je kunt direct over hetzelfde bestand heen uploaden (en dus een nieuwe versie van het bestand maken). Dat scheelt je veel moeite van het vervangen van de links. Groet, Siebrand 18:34, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

request to "usurp" your username / verzoek om je gebruikersnaam over te nemen

Dear Boudewijn,

I would like to kindly ask you if you would mind to let me use your username. It seems a bit of a wild request, so out of the blue, but the reason behind it is the project to unify logins accross all wikimedia-projects. As my username is Boudewijn on some other wikimedia projects, your and my usernames collided. Comparing each seperate login, your account has the highest edit-count. Higher than any seperate account of mine (even though the total number of edits via my accounts is higher).

I am still asking you to relinquish your username, because it seems you have had no use for it anymore for almost 8 years. Please see https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ACentralAuth&target=boudewijn for the accounts. It seems there is one more Boudewijn account that is not mine (on de-wiki).

Ik zou graag je gebruikersnaam overnemen. Het is een beetje een vreemd verzoek, zo uit het niets, maar de reden ervoor is het project om gebruikersnamen over alle wikimedia-projecten heen te verenigen. Omdat bij andere projecten mijn gebruikersnaam Boudewijn is, kwam het tot een botsing tussen onze accounts. Toen ieder account op zich vergeleken werd, had jouw account het hoogste aantal bewerkingen, waardoor dat account als "globaal" account aangewezen werd. Mijn accounts onder "Boudewijn" hebben samen weer wel een hoger aantal bewerkingen doorgevoerd.

Ik vraag nog steeds om je gebruikersnaam over te mogen nemen, omdat het erop lijkt dat je het account de afgelopen acht jaar niet meer gebruikt hebt. Je kan de accounts opzoeken op https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ACentralAuth&target=boudewijn ; naast jouw "Boudewijn" is enkel de Boudewijn op de-wiki niet van mij; de andere zouden allemaal een nieuwe naam krijgen.

Ik zou heel graag de gebruikersnaam Boudewijn blijven gebruiken. Hoe kijk je daar tegenaan? Mijn verzoek om het account toegewezen te krijgen is te vinden op https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Username_changes#Boudewijn.40global .
