Their websites says "Copyright, all rights reserved", the terms of use are: Copying, archiving or storing any part of the Web Sites for a purpose that is not permitted by these TOU is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from Company or the applicable copyright holder as identified on the Web Sites.

It is allowed to reuse the image for limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, non-assignable and non-transferable purposes, but Commons hosts only images that EVERYONE can reuse for EVERY purpose, including commercial purposes. Can you please provide a permission that substantiate the selected license {{Copyrighted free use}} ?

At best you can provide a weblink or a written agreement with the words of the selected license: The copyright holder of this work allows anyone to use it for any purpose including unrestricted redistribution, commercial use, and modification. At the moment your images are simple copyright violations in accordance with our licensing policy and will be deleted speedy if you not hurry up with a written permission. --Martin H. No reaction? Please forward your written permission to OTRS if you have one and ask OTRS or me for undeletion if you have the OTRS ticket confirmed. --Martin H. (talk) 07:02, 11 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
