Hola de nuevo,

El propósito de Commons es guardar archivos que puedan ser útiles para los proyectos de Wikimedia. No sé que utilidad habrás visto a fotos como Image:Alcala promotion.jpg pero si consideras que esta u otras fotos pueden ser útiles para algún poryecto de Wikimedia, deberías describirla y colocarla en las galerías y categorías pertinentes (según se indica en las instrucciones) para que las puedan encontrar los usuarios que busquen una imagen sobre ese tema.
