評釋由列寧簽署的蘇聯第一部新憲法即《俄羅斯蘇維埃聯邦社會主義共和國憲法》(1918年7月10日第五次全俄蘇維埃代表大會通過,共17章90條)。參考托爾斯泰的《俄國革命論》,克魯泡特金的《戰爭與資本主義》,托洛茨基的《多數黨與世界和平》等著作,注重評釋表現社會主義精神的條款。著者是基督徒。志行情愛,認為俄憲是世界上破天荒的一種根本大法。後附著者擬定的《中華平民互助共治團說明書》等,力圖創建「模範社會」
