川南稽核所管理各屬鹽稅官簡章
(一) 關機名稱定為某某鹽稅局
(二) 主管人名稱定為某某收稅官
(三) 收稅官所屬員役人數照核准預算組織之
(四) 收稅官對於分所應負完全責任其在支所範圍內者對於支所負責任
(五) 收稅官承分所之命指揮所屬各員掌理徵收秤放等職務所屬各員對於收稅官負責任
(六) 收稅官所屬之課員秤放員呈由分所委任之
(七) 所有每月應報鹽稅經費收支單冊應照定章按期造送母得延誤過期卽予處分
(八) 收稅官卽所屬各員之處分獎勵條例另案規定之
(九) 所有收稅官經收款項非經分所核准不得動用
(十) 所有收稅官經收款項須按期匯繳若因不按期匯繳致有損失應由該收稅官負責任
(十一) 收稅官若有與該廠場知事因權限職務責任等事彼此爭執時應呈由分所核示
(十二) 收稅官除臨時緊急之事外未經分所核准不得撤離職守
(十三) 收稅官所屬各員遇有舞弊事情即由該收稅官查明詳報若有偏袒不報應由該收稅官負責任
(十四) 收稅官應繳之保證金應於未赴任之前清繳
(十五) 所有支所所屬範圍內之收稅官造送文件應詳由支所核轉
(十六) 本簡章自核准之日施行民國五年十月頒行
