Two fixes
{{Editprotected}} Here's a patch solving two problems:
- This widget was added to Wikidata in 2013, but removed because of a conflict. A (tested) fix for that conflict is provided.
- The widget should not disallow users from opening a link in a new window/tab using cmd/ctrl click. My patch means `uselang` will not be included when ctrl/cmd-clicking, but I'm still finding it a better solution than the current behaviour.
